High Quality Oil Portraits from Photos

Tuesday, August 30th, 2011

I really think that you should buy some oil portraits from photos created in USA. American art studios like portrait-painting.com are able to provide only high quality oil paintings. The people who work at the company mentioned above claim that they use the best canvas available. The canvas represents the painting surface. Although young painters choose pressed wood, Leonardo Da Vince drew only on canvas because this type of material is made of linen. I am going to give you all the information you will need in order that you can turn any photo you want into a gorgeous oil painting reproductions. I think you already know that the demand of acrylic portraits from pictures increases at a very fast pace. That is why I strongly recommend that you place your order as soon as possible. This company’ employees have a lot of tasks to complete monthly. I like to paint landscapes.

Add the Furry Part of the Family

Wednesday, August 3rd, 2011

When you think about family, you tend to think about your husband and children. Then you start adding on people like your parents, your brothers and sisters and the aunts and uncles that you actually see. But there is another part of your household that you would most likely not think of when it comes to a family portrait. This "person" would be your pet. The fluffy ball of fur at your feet in winter, that warns you when the children stray near the pool unsupervised. And yes, this little fur ball also deserves a place on the wall of fame. And that is exactly what you can request from your Philadelphia family photographer, to snap not only the children, but the furry friend as well. Including the family pet in the photos might even bring the true nature of you children out in the photos, especially if they are extremely attached to their pet. And do not be scared to make this kind of request, because a truly professional photographer will agree with you that family is after all family, whether they are furry or not.

Canon EOS 50D with Canon 100mm Macro is Lens

Thursday, July 28th, 2011

I am a Canon EOS 50D DSLR camera user who just purchased this Canon 100mm Macro IS lens. I am very happy to have purchased this lens because everything about this lens exceeded my expectation. The sharpness on this lens is wonderful as well as the contrast and clarity. You would need to find a much more expensive lens to compete with everything that this lens has to offer. When used with an APS-C camera such as the Canon EOS 50D DSLR camera, this lens will have the equivalent focal length of 150mm in terms of the 35mm standard. This means that you will gain more telephoto advantage when you are shooting with it. There are some other uses for this lens as well. First, you can use this lens for portraiture. And you can also use this lens for sports photography. The IS function will definitely help you on both endeavor.

My Name Badge Fell Down Again

Saturday, April 23rd, 2011

I was at work today and I was wearing my magnetic name badges and I was working in the kitchen. I was cooking a lot of chicken in the fryer for a big party when all of a sudden, I dropped my magnetic name badge in the fryer. This is the third time something like this has happened and I am getting really tired of dropping them in places that they get ruined. I am going to have to start ordering the name badges that have the pin style fasteners on the back of the name badges so they stop breaking. The pin will stick to my shirt better because it goes into the clothing and it will not come out untill I physically remove the name badge from inside of my shirt. These name badges damage clothing but it is just a work shirt and they are already ruined.

Canon Rebel Lens is a Must Have!

Monday, February 14th, 2011

Wow! I’ve owned my digital Canon camera for three years, but just recently purchased the Canon rebel lens. I am an independent journalist and have been hired to write and film several documentaries. With my old camera, both my photos and videos appeared very amateur compared to the photos I take with my Canon.

When I told the store clerk that I needed a lens that would give fast performance and provide exceptional photos, he told me about the canon rebel lens. Although the lens is more expensive than the other ones that I purchased for my camera, it is so worth the money! The lens provides an updated metering scheme, enhanced LCD and the resolution is out of this world!

Next week I leave for a trip to Africa to document the water problems that the people of Congo struggle with. I can just envision the photos and videos that I’ll be able to take. I want people on the other side of the earth to experience what these people go through just to have water that is safe to cook with.
